Goals and redesign reasons
2 Research
Initial research
Our UX research was based on a detailed brief provided by the company.
3 Research
User Journey
To identify the ways for the user to achieve their goals quickly and easily, we created a user journey.
4 User Experience
Sitemap
The company provided us with an initial version of the sitemap. We revised the existing sitemap and provided a better solution.
5 User Experience
Navigation
To find the best solution we designed and tested 3 different options of the website menu.
6 User Experience
Prototypes
7 User ExperienСE
Low-fidelity
prototype

At the UX stage, we developed a clickable prototype. This enabled us to test the website functionality even before the visual design stage.
The low-fidelity prototype provided the client with a bird's eye view on the project at a stage when changes were much easier to implement.
8 User Interface
Design System
After designing a few visual sketches we started to develop a design system (styles/elements library) to ensure consistency across designs. Plus, the design system will simplify the development of new pages in the future.
Colours
The main FROX brand colour is blue.
The client preferred to have additional colours for the website to look more lively.

9 User Interface
Illustrations
We used illustrations as a tool to create a friendly user experience. The illustrations help to explain complex terms and to add an emotional component.
As a part of the FROX brand system, the illustrations are meant to convey the brand message 'FROX makes the work in companies easier for everyone'.

10 User Interface
Fully interactive
prototype
At the UI stage, we created a full-colour prototype with sample content, copy, images, and functionality. This stage is very important to reflect on what the final experience will look like to a prospective user.
