UI/UX Designer

About the role:

We at ein-des-ein help businesses all over the world build innovative digital solutions. Our team is composed of design and development professionals.

We are rapidly growing, and now we are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join a dedicated team.

Requirements:

3-4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
Solid expertise in designing web platforms (dashboards, admin panels) and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and user-centered design methodologies.
Proven experience conducting UX research: user interviews, usability testing, workshops, and translating insights into design decisions.
Deep knowledge of design systems, component-based design, and scalability across products.
Proficiency with modern design tools and libraries (Figma), including maintaining and contributing to shared libraries.
Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative design assistants, UX research AI tools, automation tools) to enhance productivity and ideation.
Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
Ability to actively communicate, present, and defend design solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Understanding of product lifecycle: Discovery, Product Design, Delivery, and iteration.
Solid grasp of business goals and ability to align design decisions with product strategy and KPIs.
Experience collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be a plus:

Experience in motion design (Adobe After Effects, Lottie animations, micro-interactions).
Basic knowledge of branding and visual identity design.
Experience preparing design assets for development (handoff, specs, tokens).
Familiarity with AI-driven UX workflows (e.g., personalization, AI-assisted prototyping).

Responsibilities:

Own and execute the full UI/UX design process from discovery to final delivery.
Design intuitive and scalable web and mobile interfaces.
Conduct and synthesize UX research to inform design decisions.
Create and maintain design systems and reusable components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Present and justify design solutions to stakeholders.
Continuously improve user experience using data, feedback, and AI-assisted insights.
