About the role:

We are rapidly growing and are looking for a IT Researcher to join a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
Conduct market research to identify potential candidates for IT roles, including passive talent.
Screen profiles for relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit before passing them to recruiters.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy.
Build and manage talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
Prepare sourcing reports and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency.

Required Skills:

1+ years of experience as a Researcher, Sourcer, or similar role in IT recruitment.
Understanding of IT job titles, skills, and technologies.
Proficiency in using sourcing tools and professional networks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken).

As a plus:

Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and AI soursing tools.
Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
