We are rapidly growing and are looking for a IT Researcher to join a dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates for IT roles, including passive talent.
- Screen profiles for relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit before passing them to recruiters.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy.
- Build and manage talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Prepare sourcing reports and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 1+ years of experience as a Researcher, Sourcer, or similar role in IT recruitment.
- Understanding of IT job titles, skills, and technologies.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and professional networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken).
As a plus:
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and AI soursing tools.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
