Abraaj water is a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry in the Middle East Region. Abraaj works in Kuwait and neighboring countries delivering an essential water supply to offices and individual homes.
Challenge
Abraaj’s customers could only order by phone or by filling out the request on the website. Abraaj wanted a modern, fast app that would allow customers to order fast. One of the biggest challenges was to integrate the existing system and the new admin panel.

Catalog and item cards
The way our team implemented the catalog feature was to make sure users could easily browse items and add them to the cart. Each item card has information about the product, an option to choose quantity in two ways (user can choose what is more convenient), and adding to cart.

Promotional offers
It was important for the client to make sure that the design of the app allowed for all kinds of promotional offers and discounts. They exist in banner form in the item cards and appear before completing the order.

Charity option
If users wish to donate water to mosques, they can easily do that while completing their orders. To do good is fast, easy, and convenient.

Integration with the web admin panel
This process was one the most challenging in the whole project. Our team had to work with the client’s internal SAP system and after meticulous work successfully implemented the integration via backend.

Convenient inventory tracking
Our client can conveniently track and manage logistics and payments, edit item details, manage campaigns. The editing function is extremely important as it would be impossible without smart integration. The panel allows for maximum visibility and product overview for the client as they can switch the products off from the app at any moment.

The client can send notifications through the admin panel to inform users about promo offers, discounts, bundle offers, etc. This helps grow sales and keep users interested in using the app product.
