Challenge
The initial feature list and app capabilities were extremely detailed and time-consuming when it came to development. The Ein-des-ein team analyzed the requirements and moved on with developing the MVP version with essential features and UX/UI design to help the iPlena team release and test the app faster.

Onboarding
Every new user begins their journey by getting familiarized with the app in the best way — by getting through a short onboarding that explains how the app works and what the action plan is after registration.
User profile
When registering, users should fill out the basic information (height, sex, year of birth) about them. In User profile users can edit that information as well as choose the language, choose the subscription plan, and set the personal reminders about exercises.

Scanner
The essential part of the first stage of using the app is uploading the photos of your posture and allowing AI analyze them. Users get detailed instructions and tips on how to take photos correctly. The scanner gives out the results of analysis after a couple of minutes.
Exercises
Once a user has the results, they can go to the Exercises tab to check out the personlized exercise plan. The plan shows all the areas with issues and explains what each exercise helps to improve. On the main page users can see the day’s progress and whether they have any exercises left.
